What it does

• A Voice AI Agent receives a list of prospects, calls them by phone, determines whether they are interested in the credit card offer, and sends interested prospects a WhatsApp link to download the mobile application and begin the application process.

How it works

1. The Voice AI Agent receives a list of prospects and performs outbound telephone calls to them one by one.
2. During each call, the AI Agent explains the credit card offer, answers questions, and determines whether the prospect is interested.
3. If the prospect is interested, the AI Agent sends a WhatsApp message with a link to download the bank’s mobile application.
4. Once the app is installed, another AI Agent guides the prospect through onboarding and the credit decision process.
5. If the prospect cannot speak at the moment, the AI Agent offers to call back at a convenient time, schedules the follow-up call, and automatically calls the prospect again at the agreed time.
6. If the prospect is not interested, the AI Agent tries to understand the reasons, records them for further analysis, and closes the conversation.
