NLP/ML Engineer (LLM, Unsupervised Learning)

We are currently seeking an NLP/ML Engineer to join our team and help advance the platform's capabilities in dialogue analysis and intelligent agent creation.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement unsupervised learning algorithms — including clustering, topic modeling, embedding techniques, and LLM-based classification — to analyze real user-agent conversations.
Extract meaningful insights, topics, and clusters from dialogue data.
Explore and experiment with cutting-edge LLM techniques for unsupervised tasks (e.g., Text Clustering as Classification with LLMs).
Contribute to the design and deployment of new AI agents on the Flametree platform.
Write clean, production-ready code.
Collaborate closely with product managers, from idea and prototype to integration and delivery.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with ML/NLP, especially: LLMs, embeddings, clustering, topic modeling.
Experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent frameworks.
Solid Python skills.
Experience working with databases.
Ability to integrate ML solutions into production (Docker, APIs, etc.).

Bonus Points For

Background in SaaS, chatbots, or agent-based systems.
Experience with customer-facing AI products.
